On-Site Staffing Supervisor

SelecSource Staffing has an immediate opening for an On-Site Staffing Supervisor in McRae, GA. This unique, customer service-oriented role will be based on-site at a key client's manufacturing facility.
Primary duties for the On-Site Staffing Supervisor will include acting as primary liaison with our customer on the early shift (5:30am - 2:30pm); managing employee relations with our hourly production workforce; and helping with onboarding, orientations, attendance/time tracking, and various reporting functions for the account.

Primary duties for this role will include:
Nurturing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partner
Helping with orienting and onboarding our hourly field employee workforce
Managing all aspects of field employee employment at the site, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment as well as maintaining related support functions
Finding creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges
Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety
Personifying our organization at the client work site; demonstrating the company's and the area's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators
Requirements:
At least 2 years of related supervisory experience in a staffing, retail, hospitality, or production environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of customer service excellence
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems
Well-developed problem-solving skills
High levels of motivation and self-direction
Ability to work after hours and on weekends if necessary
Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shiftEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
